Heading South on I-95
Take I-95 South to Exit 19. Continue straight through one stop sign and then at the traffic light turn left on to the Post Road (under the I-95 overpass.) Continue on the Post Road for approximately 1/2 mile. We are located on the right hand side in the Tide Mill Building.

Heading North on I-95
Take I-95 North to Exit 19. Continue straight through two stop signs and at the 3rd stop sign turn right on to the Post Road. Continue on the Post Road for approximately 1/4 mile. We are located on the right hand side in the Tide Mill Building.
