Description: Privately held investment firm is searching for someone to lead their HR function.  The position will be responsible for recruiting, compliance, on-boarding, performance management, and policy administration.  Additionally the role will over-see payroll and benefits. 

Requirements: Bachelor's degree a must, HR certification preferred.  Ideal candidate will be a well rounded HR Generalist.  Experience in the finance industry is a must along with direct supervisory experience.  Must have a "roll-up your sleeves" mentality coupled with a great deal of confidence.
