Description: Manage and execute all recruiting efforts at the Director level and below of this Fortune 500 NYC office. 

Requirements: 5-7 years Full-Cycle recruiting experience preferably in a service oriented (Apparrel) business.  Must have the ability to do many succession planning projects and think strategically. 

Ability to recruit and interview to assess talent and potential.

Ability to build and foster strong relationships with hiring managers at all levels.

Exceptional follow-up skills and superior communication skills.
