Our client, a large organization involved in the healthcare industry and located in Westchester County, NY is searching for an Administrative Assistant in their fast paced and very employee centric HR department. DOE: $70-95K + bonus potential + comprehensive benefits.
This position is open due to company growth.
- Coordinates, implements and communicates HR activities/projects
- Partners with various departments to coordinate company-wide events
- Oversees the recruiting process for temporary employees - reviewing resumes, screening candidates, on-boarding, etc.
- Prepares new hire kits & drafts offer letters
- 5+ years' administrative experience preferably supporting HR Department
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Pro-active attitude!
- Strong MS Office Suite skill set
