- Processing orders
- Handling customer questions and following up on orders
- Processing quotes
- Reviewing and entering orders into the system
- Working closely with the sales team
- Bachelor's Degree a plus
- 1+ years of experience with an inside Sales department
- Strong organizational and communications skills
- Detail oriented skill set
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
