Do you have Bookkeeping experience in the Legal area; if so this could be the job for you! Our client, a large Law Firm in lower Fairfield County has us searching for a Bookkeeper with prior Law Firm experience. DOE: $75-$85K + Comprehensive Benefits package!
This position is open due to a long term employee's retirement.
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Process all cash receipts and client costs in the system
- Reconcile monthly bank statements
- Pay Quarterly taxes, vendors and manage Accounts Payable
- Run and distribute monthly reports
- Experience working in a Law firm in the Bookkeeping/Accounting area
- Strong technical skills
- TABS a plus
- Experience in Accounts Payable and processing payroll
- Must be organized and able to work in a fast paced environment
