Do you have Administrative Assistant experience in a Corporate environment? This could be the job for you! Our client, a growing Financial Services firm in Westchester County, NY has us searching for an Administrative Assistant. DOE: $55-65K + Bonus + Paid Overtime + Fully Paid Benefits + Growth Potential. 

This position is open due to company growth. 

Responsibilities
  • Day to Day office administration
  • Calendar management
  • Ordering  supplies
  • Heavy travel coordination
  • Answering phones, filing and special projects
Ideal Candidate Must Have
  • BA degree
  • 2 + years of experience in a Corporate office setting
  • Strong technical skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Positive attitude a must
  • Strong communication skills
